20min AMRAP 10 CTB, 10 HSPU, 20 Hip Extensions

  1. I did half rounds. 5 dead hang CTB, 5 Strict HSPU, 10 Back extensions (some where back and hip extensions).

    12 rounds + 1 Dead Hang CTB

  2. I did this as close to RX as I could without the GHD, I subbed in Good Mornings with a 45# bar.

    10 - CTB
    10 - HSP
    20 - Good Mornings

    I completed 7 rounds + CTBs and 8 HSPs

  3. Did this in 87 degrees... not nice. The HSPUs slowed me down HUGE after round 4. First 3 round done in 6 minutes, then the wheels came off. 8 rounds + 10 CTBs, HSPUs were, as usual, to AbMat. All sets of HE's were unbroken... which became quite difficult to do around round 6.
