Man my body is tired from the 100's workout on Sunday. Lats are as sore as ever and legs are tired, but it is a great feeling. I had to work for motivation this morning. Needless to say I got the WOD in, a cardio kicker.
I knew this would be Jason's WOD... because... BURPEES! LOL. I got 5 rounds + 3 burpees. All sets of wall balls unbroken, but the burpees slowed me down BIG TIME. I'm an oaf. Did this right after the OHS lifts.
Still need to do the 100's... might drop those down to 67 reps per (take out 1/3).
My two favorite exercises together and it showed. Four rounds plus 10 burpees and 2 wall balls.
