Power Clean 3-3-3-3-3 reps

  1. So today was the first day I have done just straight lifting. I went: 95, 125, 135, 155, 135. Doing 155 3 times is a PR for me.

    After the Power Cleans I kept the lifting going and did 3 Rounds of 5 OHS at 95#.

    My wrists are sore.

    Did this sucker at 5AM today... ouch. Did this, and then power snatches together. For the PCs, it went:
    135,185,205,215,225... but could only do 225 twice. I was doing it off of blocks instead of from the floor... just for fun. The "Blocks" are my crashpads for rope climbs so when I dropped the weight it wouldn't wake up my family, so maybe 12" high. I think this is harder, I prefer the "ramp up" from the ground. Was disappointed I didn't get 225x3, cos that is my bodyweight. From the floor would be different.
