Split jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

  1. Did this as a non-split jerk and in this sequence 10-5-3-1-1-1-5-10.

    95-115-135-145-145-150-135-115-95

    The 150# single was more push press than jerk.

  2. Wish I would have read your sequence Dave, that sounds like a great workout. Did regular jerk here too. 185/195/205/215/225/230. Missed 240. About 45#s off pr, but things are coming back slowly.
