  1. RX called for 155 for all lifts, I scaled to 115 and thought about dropping the weight in round 4, but pushed through. TT 10:55

    I had Jim and Mike join this morning and had to get creative with weight, but both got a good workout.

    We warmed up with jumping jacks, Burpees and squats.
