I looked at this one and thought "sub 10 for sure"... I subbed 500M rows... did it in 9:34. First round thrusters went unbroken, then 14/7, then 11/10.
Way to go you stallion!
Nice work Craig, I felt like I was bogged down in mud the whole time. I did 75# barbell Thrusters instead of the 35# dumbbells. First round went unbroken, then 12/9 then 10/5/6TT: 10:25
