  1. Good ole jump in and get it done WOD. TT 19:55 my goal was under 20 and I barely made it.

  2. Nice work Mr. Fish. As usual, I did a bastardized version, replacing the more manly handstand push-ups with shoulder presses (started with 65# for first 25 reps, then quickly downgraded to 45# for remaining sets). TT 13:30

  3. I am performing an audit. Mr. Harrison, is it not true that you performed box jumps at a scaled level of 20", versus the superior performance of Mr. Fish @ 24"? Please hold your right hand up and repeat after me

  4. Ah yes - coach Fletcher points out that my box jumps were merely baby box jumps of the 20" variety. A man's gotta start somewhere....

  5. Nice work Josh, you can't get much past Coach Fletcher. He will become the voice of the Crossfit gods in your head.

  6. This was not intentional but my time was exactly Jason's... 19:55, but I did box step ups. I just can't do the jumps anymore for some reason. It's like my legs lock up. I did about 30 of them and then had to go to steps. Jason wins again! :)

HSPU's were to AbMat, all the way to the floor is too much for me.

  7. HSPU's are a work in progress, so subbed 75 lbs shoulder presses. did box jumps, but on a 16" box. Total time 18:00

Did the same WOD but with Back Squats and dipps. no idea on time as Craig turned off the timer :)

Still feeling inspired, knocked down 100 GHD's and 75 barbell curls.
