Did this right before the burpee wall ball sweat fest. Did an abbreviated version:
95x10 warmup 135x5 150x5 160x5 135x10
What was surprising was the relative ease of the 135x10 at the end, due to how much relief I felt from removing the 25 lbs. I could do more but this is a safe amount.
I too did this just prior to the burpees/WBs. It wasn't OHS though, it was some other squat exercise (front squats perhaps?) where you finish overhead but start with the bar resting on your neck. What the hell are those called?
