Overhead Squats 10-5-5-3-1-1-3-5-5-10

  1. Did this right before the burpee wall ball sweat fest. Did an abbreviated version:

    95x10 warmup
    135x5
    150x5
    160x5
    135x10

    What was surprising was the relative ease of the 135x10 at the end, due to how much relief I felt from removing the 25 lbs. I could do more but this is a safe amount.

  2. I too did this just prior to the burpees/WBs. It wasn't OHS though, it was some other squat exercise (front squats perhaps?) where you finish overhead but start with the bar resting on your neck. What the hell are those called?

    As I recall:

    123x5
    133x5
    123x10
