Ascending Rowing and Wall Balls

  1. PR here was 18:37 from 2/2012 but I was way into rowing back then, so I knew it would be tough to chase that down. Rested yesterday, day before literally walked 12 miles and did 3 hours of yardwork... so was still feeling that.

    TT 18:59. 2K row was 7:40, 50 WBs unbroken (That was a battle), then 2nd round of WBs I stopped twice briefly, finished with a 2:05 500M and 20 unbroken. Then fell to ground.

  2. First 2K row was 7:45, then things quickly went downhill from there. TT 21:20. Fell to ground, clutched heaving chest, deep exhale.

  4. JOSH. Your prior Row2K effort on 3/18 was 7:55.4, sir. You got a big PR there. and then you proceeded to do all of that other stuff.

    CrossFit seems to be working.
