One Legged Squat – 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 and Box Dips 25, 20, 15, 10, 5

  1. So I did one legged squats with one leg behind me on the box and dips with hands on a box and feet in a chair.

    This was fast TT: 6:47, but it was crazy effective. I did it on Sunday and my ass is still sore.
