    I was joined by my nieces husband who is 25 and been crossfitting for over a year. He is a thick kid, strong and fit. He said he would like to do some local competitions.

    I could tell he isn't used to AMRAPs I did beat him, made me feel good.

    Total Rounds for me: KBs 5 rounds and CTB 4 +10. James got KBs 4 rounds and CTB 4 +5

  2. Yester day did Grace plus the big hill with a vest 2:42 on Grace and then 12:34 up the hill.

    Today weighed in at 194#s and did the Filthy Fifty for a huge PR of 27:33. Yeah.
