    I have a new trick for muscle ups, I do bar muscle ups with a kick off of the wall... one of my pull-up bars is the right distance away where I give a little shove with a foot off the wall on my way up and then I can get up on top of the bar and press from there. So I did 10 of those, and they were damn hard. I was flying until I got to the HSPUs, which took FOREVER because of all of the heavy presses yesterday. I was under 14 minutes at that point. One legged squats were with a balance assist... held (lightly) onto rack pole as to not tweak the knees. Old dude version.

Many adjustments made. 80 squats, 70 pushups (25 of which were Joshups), 60 assisted one-leg squats, 50 cal rowing (1:45), 40 1-arm OH somethings (30# KB), 30 shoulder press (first 10 at 75#, remainder with 45# bar), 10 OH something elses (had to stop at 10 shoulders gone), 20 pullups/Harrison to bars, and 20 dips.

  3. Well, the HSPs were the kicker after 70+ HSPs on Tuesday, so they took some time. Like Craig I was flying until I hit them.

    I subbed a 500 run with a hill for the row, used balance for the one leg squats, and did barbell thrusters at 75. TT19:14.
