  2. It was finally hot in Denver today and this one was a kicker. I did it RX and TT was 32:39.

  4. Nice time Jason! This one for me was not even a met con because I am so old fat and slow. My muscles just refused to fire very often on the pull ups and the second round of push ups and so I had plenty of time to breath. 41:54 as rx'd

    Oh, wait... .I forgot. we broke up the pullups because I didn't want to damage myself.

    Did 25 pullups, then the rest of it RXd until the pullups, then did 50 pullups, then the rest RXd again, then ended with 25 pullups. So we still did 100 pullups, we just broke em up some. 100 pullups in a row are not good for me.

    And I'm kidding. Jason, you da man! My time would have been longer with 100 pullups in a row.

    The pushups are what wrecked me. I suck at those things.

  7. Scaled down on pushups/Joshups (2x70) and situps (2x60). And the pullups were also not what you would call legit. Many jumpups in there. TT 37.30
