3 RFT of: 10 HSPs 15 ring dips 20 push-ups 45 pull-ups (strict)

  1. Started with the 50 toes to bar goodness Craig's crew did this week. TT 3:40.

    Then I moved on to this total destruction of the shoulders. This every time I did a hand stand push up (to ab mat) I could hear Craig saying make sure your head touched the mat, I made sure my head touched and not just my hair.

    Anyway, I'm sore from this one TT 21:40
