Last time I did this workout was winter 2010... 8:40 back then RXd, 7:53 today, PR.
Back then did row in 3:35, today 3:50 (saving for thrusters), wanted thrusters unbroken but it hurt too bad so I went 35/5/10, rests were less than 10 seconds. Pullups got me, of course. Did first ten, then it was onesie twosies... just tried not to rest much during those.
I did a complete reversal of Fletcher. I have been traveling for three weeks and not able to workout except when I could find a park or a running trail with work out stations. Eating out two meals a day. Finally figured out a steak salad with dressing on the side is about as good as you can go.
May of 2013 did 7:57 with a 3:47 row, today 8:47 with a 3:40 row. Should have paced the row to 2min/500m split.
Did this today, my goal was under 10. I made it TT 9:34. I subbed a run for the row.
ReplyDeleteGood job dude. How far did you run? I'm gunning for 9 minutes on this one, we'll see. Haven't done it in a couple of years.

Home for a bit now, hope it comes back fast.
10:28 for me. Pull-ups still quite suspect (and second 15 were band assisted) but oh well. I think the row time was just under 4.
