Subbed rowing for runs, same distance. Man that was gnarly. 34:35. I stink at pushups.
I scaled pushups down to 80-60-40-20 and ran 800-1200-1600-2000 instead of rowing. That was still a fuckload of pushups for me. TT 47.20
That really sucked, i was almost caught by Mr. pukie a few times, to much coffee befor working out. TT 34:20
