6 RFT Run, KB swings, Burpees and Box jumps

15-Burpees
9-30 inch box jumps

  1. Tons of fun, or something like that. First round was done at 4:15 with a 1:24 400. Everything slowed after that. Taking off on the run after 30 inch Box jumps was not a fun transition.

    Here are my funny thoughts round by round...

    1. "I can't believe I am doing all these burpees unbroken after unbroken KBS and a 1:35 400m."

    2. "Holy fuck why did I do all those burpess unbroken I can barely run."

    3. "This shit sucks"

    4. "Only 45 burpees to go...what a stupid happy thought, just keep moving."

    5. "Hmmmm...wonder why my sweat angel's penis always goes to the left...?"

    6. "That wasn't so bad, maybe I should run an extra 400m, or maybe I will just sit here and try not to throw up for a few minutes..."

    This was a great work out. Holy brutal met con destruction. Nice time Jason.
