6 1/2 years into this thing I still get the occasional PR. Today was one @ 5:28, but honestly I think I could go sub 5 on this. I woke up at 4:30 and couldn't get back to sleep so I was feeling weary. First 25 were unbroken....
Pete's second day doing CrossFit and he did this RXd in 8:04. Really gutted it out at the end where he was too fatigued to snap it up there so he was doing presses at the top, but never quit!
Dave is a smaller athlete who hasn't done "muscley" stuff in a long long time, he went with 65 lbs and gutted it out in the end for a 9:24
Jeff did this as one of his first CrossFit WODs in January, unfortunately we didn't record the time but back then he did it with 55... today he went RXd in 8:44. SOLID!
Fun mental battle WOD. Tommy V is starting down the barrel at us for Saturday. Never done that one, and never done ANY WOD with 27 rope climbs. I'm already nervous.

Randy paid a visit to my garage today. This is the first time so my first time is an automatic PR, TT 5:42.
