Hit this in Cheyenne a few days ago while stiff as shit from driving for 8 hours the day before. needless to say I got a few of them into the mid 15s, but overall just terrible. I need to start hitting the track at least once a week for some speed work.
Did 125M rowing sprints instead, a few minutes after Jackie.
