AMRAP in 15 minutes: 50yd sprint (run), 10 Burpee, Run, 10 Box Jump (24 inch), Run, 10 Pull-up

  1. I needed a quicker one today so I put this together as a variation of on that was 10 rounds of Sprint, Burpee, Sprint, Pull-up.

    I completed 4 rounds plus a run, burpee and time ended on my run.
