15 Minute AMRAP Bench/TTB/Bex

  1. I scaled this cause 20 TTB would become all I was doing after round two and I still have no bench, but I do have a muscle up:)
    20 Push Ups
    10 TTB
    30 Back Ex
    5 rounds on the 15 minute mark

  2. I scaled bench to 165, haven't done bench in a couple of months because R shoulder doesn't like it.

    This went slow... TTB ate me up, and I slept bad last night.

    4 rounds + 10 reps of bench

    Then I did 20 more TTB to get to an even 100. Why do I suck at TTB so bad?
