Did this one Monday Morning, fun WOD. I subbed 50 sit ups, 25 Knees to Elbows and 25 Toes to Bar for the 75 GHD.
ReplyDeleteLately I feel like my runs are slowing down, it may have to do with the steep hill I have to go up on every run. So if time slows down due to the hill, effort/output goes up.
I forgot to write down my exact time, but know it was under 17 minutes.
