Oh and when I did this a few weeks ago I think I went 19:26 and said "Clean living" was helping... well last night I had a business dinner and certainly indulged on all levels (including ending the evening with some McCallans 18 year) and got a PR. So, it's really about knowing what your time was last time and beating the dang thing.

  2. I subbed the HSPU with negative pushups (feet on 24" box) and did Harrison-to-bars while I work up to real CTBs. Maybe I should have drank whiskies last night like coach Fletcher.

  3. Did this Friday. I ran a 100 as a sub for the row. HSPs to an abmat. VTBs ended up as one offs. TT 17:22, the time difference is in the run.
