10-5-3-1-1-1-3-5-10 DL Ladder

  1. I did this with a 30m shuttle run down the shop driveway and back up in between for time. Changing the weights was my time to catch breath. Good work out. Weights were 10x225, 5x255, 3x285, 1x 305 then 1x 320, 1x 320 then back the same way. Total time was 7:59. Best sprint was 12.20 seconds and worst was 14.20 seconds.
