  1. Since I don't have a rower I subbed Double Unders.

    Pull-ups: 20, 13, 11 & 12 = 56
    DUs: 57, 97 & 137 = 291
    Total Reps = 347

  2. Soccer season has ended until the fall. These WODs are going to suck for the next couple of weeks.
RX'd (I know it didn't say, but I did the Pull-ups dead hang)
    Pull-ups 17, 10, 8, 9
Rows 263m, 517m, 739m (almost made the last row below 2:00/500m pace).

  3. Did this as rx'd with kipping pullups for a better met con.

    Pull ups 28, 12, 12, 12
    Rows 13, 27, 40

Fun workout. I anticipate much soreness in upper back and forearms.

  4. We added fun to this. The "buy in" was 50 TTB for time, 4:17 me, 4:27 Pete, 4:59 Dave.

Then we did 10-9-8-7-6-5 Front Squats

I started @ 95 lbs and went up 210 lbs every time, ending at 205x5. Some level of a test, but not too bad... but as usual, protecting the back.

Then we did this one right after that (maybe rest 2 minutes)

Pullups 23, 8,9,11 (had some transition time issues where I didn't get on the bar until 20 seconds had gone by)

    Rowing 12, 30, 48 so my pace on the rower/minute went: 12, 15, 16.

were we supposed to use a continuously running clock? I think so. My pullups are weak lately. My right shoulder has had problems for a long time now.
