Nasty Girls v 2

  1. We had to change this one up big time. Pistols hurt my knees, and muscle ups = no, and 175 felt like too much. So I did this:

    3 RFT:
    100 air squats
    21 ring dips
    21 pullups
    10 HPC @ 155

    TT like that was 23:27

    Did the first few HPCs @ 175 but felt like a pulled forearm tendon recurrence in the making. No thank you! Removing 20 lbs makes a big difference. Great WOD. Gasser!

  2. Dave got 27:14 @ 75 lbs on HPCs with pushups and box dips (35) to sub for RDs
    Josh got 25:38 @ 95 lbs on HPCs with 35 box dips
    Jeff went 28:25 @ 115 lbs and box dips with feet elevated.

  3. Did 2 MU 10 ghd/back ex alternate 10 squat AMRAP 20 Minutes. 13 rounds good wod.
