Back squat 10-5-3-1-1-1-3-5-10

  1. we did what I'd call a hodge podge today

    4 rounds max reps dead hang pullups and ring dips.
    10/20, 10/14, 5/8, 5/8
    Then squat clean 1's... worked my way up to 225. That was fun. Could surely do more, but trying never to get hurt!

    Then back squats 10-5-5-10
    185-235-255-215

    Yay.

  2. I forget what I worked up to on squat cleans.
    The back squats I think did 145 but will plan to do more next time (165?)
