we did what I'd call a hodge podge today4 rounds max reps dead hang pullups and ring dips. 10/20, 10/14, 5/8, 5/8Then squat clean 1's... worked my way up to 225. That was fun. Could surely do more, but trying never to get hurt!Then back squats 10-5-5-10185-235-255-215Yay.
I forget what I worked up to on squat cleans.The back squats I think did 145 but will plan to do more next time (165?)
