2 RFT: 100 m run with 20# ball between each: 50 Box Jump, 40 Back Squat, 30 Push Press, 20 Snatch

  1. This was a kicker. The box jumps were done at 24 inches and the first round I used 95 for all bar activities and then scaled down to 75 for the second round.

    By the end my legs were cooked, and I can thank or curse my wonderful wife for sending this WOD my direction.
