Was schedule for a rest day but I felt like getting after it so I joined my wife and literally 8 other women, it was crazy out there today. 4RFT:100M Walking Lunge25 mason twists (feet in air) with 12 lb ball 30 60 lb straight legged deadlifts (2 30 lb KBs)Run 400MTime was about 28:30?
