Another 8 hour drive and my body hates traveling and me. This was sad. I need to get back to going to the track twice a week. I used to be able to do 10 400m with 45 seconds of rest all under 1:35, now with an average of a 1:30 rest here is the sad state of affairs with my body:
1:41/1:37/1:36/1:48/1:39/1:45
Feeling a little like punching myself in the face, but I think it will be much more painful and much more productive to just keep going to the track.

I did the 500M rows instead. I think the quickest was 1:42 and the slowest was 1:52? Anyway, it was rough
