5 RFT - 3 minute clock: 20 GHDs, 20 BEs, BW front squats, record front squats to comments...

  1. Whoa boy, this was a hamstring crusher. I did at least stretch after this WOD (uh-oh, I said the "S Word")... I used 185 lbs for the FS. Went like this: 15,16,15,15,17. Was hard to muster more than 5 or 6 reps in a row towards the end.

    Jeff used 95 lbs and went: 15,13,12,14,14 - Love the uptick in rounds 4 and 5! Nicely done.

    Had another new guy today, Pete... great athlete, 48 years old (as compared to my 43) and he was moving fast. Did Kelly with RX'd everything @ 29 minutes. People are coming out of the woodwork around here.
