  1. You guys are going to ban me from the blog for saying this, but I've come to enjoy burpees. I tell myself to do 10 per minute, nice slow grind, one per 6 seconds.

    I subbed 1K rows in place of the 800M runs. I don't think I did my forearms any favors there.

    TT 44:44 Round times 14, 16, thne 14:44. Wanted to quit in round two, but not really, that's not allowed. Round 3 finally got into ACM mode (Angry CrossFit Man, of course!).

    Got an RC dirt car called a Traxxas Slash 4WD that goes freaking 60 MPH for my birthday yesterday. Bday isn't til December, it's an early gift from the wifey. 39 year old man toy.

    This one gave me new blisters; that hasn't happened in a while. I also think my arms are a little bit longer than when I started.

  3. Did a weighted pull up challenge with Mikko Salo today. He beat me he did 124 me only 115. We have all the all stars here this week kind of crazy to see all these guys at our gym.
