I tried to do the snatch and clean and jerk wod, but I just quit cause I was too sore from back to back hero wods. That cycle was for xfit gamers, not a wuss like me.
Today my course was a little over a mile, but I was still way slower than I thought I would be TT=26:40 slightly longer than rx'd
Got to this one tonight after a week of drinking, eating, and having a good time with an old friend for his 30th birthday party. Eating terribly definitely showed tonight.

Whooped. Late night last nite made this one a heavy WOD, but it was a perfect one to just zone out & go. Nice running weather here back East too.

Good job guys. I wish I could run. Normally I sub rowing. I guess I'll row a 5K tomorrow. Oh joy. I'll probably quit because my body is beat down.
