  1. Those squat snatches made me feel like a total pussy, pun intended. I had to do muscle ups to get into the dip position so that slowed me down a touch, but it was mostly the snatches that took forever! 4 rounds and 5 snatches. I will be curious to see how everyone else does. This wod crushed me.

  3. I subbed 10 push-ups with hands on those hard rubber medicine balls for the ring dips. It seemed to be a pretty fair sub compared to 3:1 dips. I wouldn've gotten the same as you guys if I didn't have one of my jump rope challenge partner pushing me in the final minute.

    4 rounds + 10 snatches + 5 k2e
