  2. This one psyches me out as much as Fran. Y Justin, grip is the first thing to go; I tried using a hook grip but it messed me up too much. Still,

    Last time I made 8:45. I made a point of NO rest between HPCs and burpees. Drop the bar, back up, drop & go. I'm still amazed at the mainsite times though. Ridiculous.

    Just pisses me off every time cleans come up since I can't do em anymore. Oh well. I made this one longer:

    3 Rounds
    15 HPCs with 45 lb dumbbells
    15 burpees
    Row 500M

    HPC's used to be a specialty of mine damn it and I am getting pretty efficient at burpees. I bet I woulda done darn good at this one RX'd but who cares, since I didn't do it. Rowing splits were 1:50ish (couldn't breathe so good) plus the transition times ya know...

  4. I felt like an animal in the gym tonight..a tired animal, but an animal nonetheless.

    I kind of cheated by reading the earlier posts to see where the bar was set. Then, I had my jump-rope-off with one of the guys in my class. I lost, about 180 - 170 (1 minute) in two tries. Counting is really hard though, so we aren't exactly sure, but I'm pretty sure I need to kick it up a notch. Anyway, it's all good fun. Later fellas.
