  1. I did the 400M walking lunge. The hard part about doing it this way was that I went up and down my driveway, so a little downhill on the way down, and uphill on the way up. Feeling the burn in a bad way. I am going to regret that one.

    TT 9:56, PR by over a minute but it's gonna hurt for days.

  2. Ran 5k in 27:00. Not good but was sore. Left arm not ready for heavy dead, will have to see what Forrest does to it here in a minute.

  3. At the risk of ridicule, I'm posting my CFT results here. I haven't done this in about a year - I'm not sure why, but that's the last time I can find a score - so I made gains, but still a long way to go in my view.

    BS 255 PR (was 240)
    SP 145 PR (was 135)
    DL 365
    Total = 765

    That's up from my last CFT of 725, so good. The PRs listed above weren't from my last test, but from other WODs.

    I'm most happy about the squat; I kept this to three 1RM lifts, and unfortunately started at 225. 255 went up EASY, and I probably should have pushed up to 270 but just left it there. SP was kinda ugly so I'm fine with that one. I've made 370 in DL but 365 took it all today.

    I guess I'll have to make up Forrest tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to it.
