  2. I didn't forget. FUCK burpees!

    Used 185# for the cleans, missed at least 6 or 7 reps. This represents 79% of my one rep power clean max and 92% of my body weight. My body still feels off.

    As described 18:58. Sweat storm.

  3. I watched the video and it showed power cleans so that's what I did. I only did 135 lbs because of my back, and even this light I felt knifing pains.

    I did this after resting 10 minutes right after the 10 minute wall ball CTB WOD. It was a NASTY double. I could hardly walk down the stairs after these two.

    Kick Craig in the nuts when I see him in October for stating "I LOVE BURPEES". What kind of asshole would say that?

    I did Power Cleans as well because that's what the demo showed.

  5. I have eaten two meals in 75 minutes... I still feel shaky and a bit pukey. CrossFit is "good for you" right? LOL.
