Minutes of PU/HSP

  1. Pretty wussy performance from my body today. 5 HSPs and 12 rounds + 4 PU for a total of 17. I did my pullups on the rings which makes them a little tougher, but still, not exactly inspiring.

  2. Hey guys! I have been working out consistently, it's just that I have been traveling and doing a good deal of mountain biking, great endurance and mental training there. We're talking climbing steep ass mountains with rocks and roots o' plenty. Last night Chelle and I did Mt. Falcon and also did the top loop. Nasty! Climb about 1,900 feet in less than an hour in the dirt and rocks!

    For this one I did HSPU's to AbMat.

    Got through 8 rounds of cheater HSPUs, 9th round got like 6.

    Got through 13 rounds of pullups, 14th round got another 11 so I think that means I got in 101 or so pullups.

    Going golfing later today. I've got the golf bug. CrossFit soreness makes golf a little tougher. I can still feel that freaking hero WOD with 208 ring pushups!!! Tricep and shoulder death!

    Still feeling Gator bad, not making excuses but my upper body is beat down. Nothing special for me today.

    I made it throught 11 Rounds(+ 8) for the PU's and 7 Rounds (+5) on the HSPU's, touching the top of my head to floor.

  5. I switched this one up a bit since I missed Gator. I did pullups/ring pushups instead of HSPUs. I got through both rounds of 10, but only barely, so I guess that makes my score 20.

  6. YOU guys need to do Gator. 1) It's a hero WOD and 2) it was an ass kicker. Good work all around boys.
