DL/TTB

  1. Fletcher: Do this on the rings, it will help you with your MU kip.

WODoers: I dub this wod a "Grinder." Definition: A workout that is not mentally challenging or stimulating but is painful to finish in any reasonble amount of time because of repetition induced failure and the requirement to rest, induced by muscle fatigue and not cardio vascular overload.

Feel free to improve on my definition.

  2. Thanks for the advice Justin, I shall do it this way. I need to find a good place to learn muscle ups. The local football field is locked up unless teams are there playing/practicing. Maybe do a bar between pine trees in my yard, but that means screwing holes through my trees, doesn't seem like a great idea. This morning I met my dad at the local golf course at 6AM and we "power golfed"... wogged a few miles to get done fast and we were back in our respective offices by 8. Tomorrow I have a buddy coming over for a WOD so I think I'll save this one for tomorrow... and see what else they post tomorrow. Maybe we'll do a double.

  3. This was lot tougher than it looked on paper. My forearms are on fire. I had a hard time of maintaining my grip on the T2B. They were by far the hardest part of this WOD.
