Shoulder Press 5x5

    I can't find record of previous 5 rep SP WODs for some reason. Damn near got the 5th 135.

    I'm not very strong damn it.

    Also did 75 GHDs and 75 BEs, as well as some gay boy curls in there. I'm also taking steroids and I wore a tutu this morning with a wig and some makeup during the WOD, just to freak out the new neighbors. I stuffed a D sized bra full of smelly gym socks too, just to get fired up.

  2. I'm not sure if I've ever done SP Five's before either. It's been awhile since I've gone "heavy" with the shoulder but it felt pretty good.

    Warmup 45x10

    95x5,115x5,125x5,135x5,145x3

    I didn't want to push my luck on the last set so I backed off. Maybe next time.

    I did 100 ABMat situps in between rounds.
