CrossFit Games Masters Chipper

For time:


10 Handstand push-ups
20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball to 10' target
30 Toes-to-bar
40 Power cleans, 135 pounds
50 Burpees
60 Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds

  1. Tough WOD. I give the Masters credit, this one kicked my ass. Especially the Power cleans and those damn burpees.

  3. a 45 year old did this in 12:13. Dude... that gives us hope.

    I scaled the PCs to 100 lbs. Two cycles back I did a bunch of snatches and then power cleans like the next day (light ones) and my lower back has had sharp pains ever since. Despite that, I did the SDHPs RX'd (and all other moves).

    I go to Chicago tomorrow, have to leave at 6AM. Maybe I will be Mr. Hardcore and get up at 4:30, finish some work prep, do a WOD, shower get ready, and then leave. Or maybe I will sleep til 5 and skip the WOD? We'll see.
