Oh my pukeness. I will go on record to say there must not be a very good sub for muscle ups or double unders. Good news is, I strung together 10 in a row twice. Bad news is, usually it was 1 in a row. DU's usually took about 2:30 each round... I gave this one my all. Very very litle resting. Just frustration.

Chris, I followed your lead w/ side-to-side jumps for DUs. I also held 5lb weights for those.
