Then, I did 50 burpees in 5:47. And, I went out and did some tire flips with my rugby buddy. So, we traded off. I'd flip the tire down, then run, while he flipped the tire back.
3 rounds of:
30 tire flip followed 3 30 yard sprints
2 rounds of the same
2 rounds of the same
Felt like puking.
On a little mini vacation in Aspen. Went outside and did this on the mountain:

last round of squats unbroken. that burned!!! Didn't time it, just wanted to trash my legs and that did the trick.
