  1. You know the drill. No rower for me so 50 SDHP's each round it was. First round unbroken, the rest went downhill from there.

  2. Dudes, I decided sleep was more important this morning. I'll hit this one up Thursday or Friday when I get back. I HATE this WOD, my least favorite. Gives me lung butter for hours if I go 100%.

  3. Oh my oh my how i dread this WOD. The good news is I set an all time PR with a 1:29.7 first round. The bad news is my leg cramped halfway through round 2 and I stopped for about 20 seconds, and then in the last two rounds I just felt terrible and just hung on for survival.

    1:45.6
    1:45.0

    Normally I can keep all of them under 1:40, but that first one crushed me, I went at it like WWIII thanks to Justin saying "show me that sub 1:30", then my left thigh wigged out and I was gassed and felt sick after that. Fuck it.
