5 RFT of 21 SDHPs and 21 Ring Dips

  1. Went back and did the 5 RFT of 21 SDHPs and 21 RD's this morning.

    Scaled Sumos down from 95 to 75 cos' my bicep tendon is still flaring up.

    I figured I would do good on this one because these two moves are in my wheelhouse. Although... I haven't done many RD's lately so those were tougher than I thought... 105 RDs is serious business! First two rounds done in 5:00... pace fell off after that.
