  1. Did not come close to a PR on this today, but in a way I did. I switched up my running route. My old route had 3 wide 180* turns in it. Slowed me way down. Fastest lap was usually around 1:50 for the 400m run. My new route goes 200m out and back. My turn is now more like a shuttle run type turn.
    My overall time sucked 14:58.94 (PR is 12:04). It is about 106 heat index and my garage is still 91* at 6:30pm. I will try this again in a few days in the morning and I bet I'll drop at least 3 minutes.

  3. Big difference from Florida heat and Denver heat. I think that's where he lives?? It's called humidity and it sucks the life right out of you.

  4. Nope, but I am not a morning person. I thought about doing it this morning, but turned the alarm off and went back to bed. When I did the Burpee/TTB WOD I did do that in the morning, about 80*s and the WOD felt great. Not complaining, because when it is 20's by you it is 50s to 60s by me.

    Also, I forget most of the stuff I want to write after WOD. I need to wait a little bit before I type. I did this RX'd. My son, 5yo, did this with me. He ran 200m, used a 5#med ball for the swings and jumping pullups. Last thing, I got some more kettlebells yesterday. Another 24kg and a 32kg.

  7. warm up buy in: 2 RFT row 250M, 10 burpees.
    Right around 4 minutes of suck ass.

    Bench 165 max reps: 13,11,9

    Then Helen RX'd 10:56. I always row but today I ran it. Off to the mountains this afternoon through Sunday.
