I did ring dips, and started off too lightly so I kept going until I failed the single rep. Chest and shoulders sore from yesterday too....20x535x345x155x165x173x182x1(F)
I like the way you did this Craig. I should have done it that way.5x50#s, 3x70#s, 1x90F (tried twice, not going to happen today) Ring dips also.
