As rx'd in 29:40 PR* It is nice to be back in the sub thirty club. I have to add an astrick because I now do the full hip extension on the top of the box and hip crease below the knee on the wall ball, so past faster times were not legit.
24:46. All WB's unbroken, Did 500M rows instead of rows. Man that kicked my ass... I really did think I might puke in round 4. Doing WB's unbroken was a mental battle.
I have in my spreadsheet that I did this the same way 1/2012 and 9 seconds faster 24:37. Damn it I wish I would have known that. I think I would have found a way to shave 10 seconds off and get a PR.
I did 500m rows instead of the run because my knee still bothers me a little. I just wanted to give it a little more rest. Also my usual WBs of 15# ball 8ft target.

I meant I did rows instead of runs (that is how I have always done Kelly)
