Got 10 rounds + 3 HSPUs. HSPUs were to Abmat, scaled BJ's back to 28"... maybe shouldn't have but that seemed high enough for this old fellar. RC's were easy with just the one, sometimes had to stand there for a few and catch my breath first. Missed only one BJ. I was finding the key there was more about raising the knees than jumping high as I got more and more exhausted.
This WOD was pretty bad ass....
