Weighted Pull-ups

  1. Alternated the pull-ups with the weighted dips. I figured that would be enough time in between. Didn't really like this WOD. I would have rather had all sets of 5, 3 or 1.

    5x50#s, 3x70#s, 1x90F (chin was about 2 inches below the rings)

    Feels good to do some WODs again. Crazy week. I coach u6 soccer on Mondays and Wednesdays. School open house for my son on Tuesday.
